I hesitate to write a review because I (selfishly) don't want anyone else to find out about this place!
The Avocado Bacon Burger might literally be the best burger in town. And the Italian beef sandwich is the most perfect Italian beef I've had outside of Chicago.
Parking is laughable, but it's worth it. -

This place has great sandwiches... but ruined it with service.. people don't typically like to smell bleach while they eat yummy food... maybe use a different cleaner for your tables... wait to sweep under someone's table until they've left, to avoid also sweeping their feet, just sayin..
also, rude little skinny girl who took my order... I'm sorry you're so unhappy, but you got a job girl.. you gettin paid.. and are expected not to sweep so vigorously and violently with your attitude controlling you, that you create floor junk projectiles at my face from across the room. We left before we were done eating in fear of shit flying through the air, and into our food. It's the little things that make people feel comfortable in your establishment y'all.. -

First off how do you put someone on hold for over 10 minutes while the customer can hear you in the background having a conversation with your coworkers because you're not intelligent enough to actually put someone on hold. The food maybe good but the customer service and phone mannerisms are completely rude and unprofessional. I used to eat here a lot but you will never see me in that establishment again. This place is straight clown shoes. By the way McDonald's has better customer service.

This review is for the Eggplant Parmesan, which was good, but could have been a bit better. The eggplant was sliced nice and thin, had great flavor, but had mushy breading. The breading yo eggplant ratio was good, but it wasn't crispy like I've had at other places. The sauce and cheese were superb, but I was really surprised by how delicious the whole wheat hero roll was! I don't know what bread they're using, but it was very fresh and soft.
I liked the option to get a combo upgrade for $2 more, which came with a small fountain drink, bag of chips, and a homemade chocolate chip cookie. You can get the upgrade on Mondays and Tuesdays for only $1! I love that they have Big Red on tap.
They have a really extensive selection of NY style hot and cold subs, wraps abs hot dogs, so there's something for everyone. I'd like to see them add a gluten-free option. There are also burgers and a veggie burger! -

Great lunch spot. The sub sandwichs are always delish and extremely affordable! (The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5) they need to work on the online ordering. Both times I've ordered here online it wasn't ready nor did they even know I placed an order. Defeats the purpose.. other than that a great local business on the south east side!
